Jim Caldwell specializes in the design of new houses in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a sole practitioner he is personally involved with each project from the beginning of the design process through the end of construction. Having prepared the drawings and specifications himself, there is less chance for error or misunderstandings. He prefers projects close to his office in Woodside, so that when the Contractor calls with a problem to be solved, he can be on site within minutes.
